DESCRIPTION<br />

si opencp reopens a change package. A change package is in the Open state when it is first<br />

created. This <strong>com</strong>mand is useful for reopening a change package after it has been submitted.<br />

The open state is the only state where you can add new entries to a change package. As part of<br />

the review workflow, change packages in the following states can be reopened: CommitFailed,<br />

Rejected, and Discarded.<br />

Caution: Only a Change Package Administrator can reopen a change package in the Closed<br />

state. Modifying closed change package contents can <strong>com</strong>promise the integrity of the repository.<br />

issue identifies a specific issue that contains all change packages that you want to open;<br />

use spaces to specify more than one issue.<br />
