Preference Keys<br />

The preference keys you can specify for the above <strong>com</strong>mands are often similar, and some are<br />

global preferences such that when you change it for one <strong>com</strong>mand, it changes for all. The following<br />

are some <strong>com</strong>mon preference keys:<br />

allowImplicitIdentification<br />

controls whether to allow the implicit identification and selection of sandboxes. This means<br />

that you can use <strong>com</strong>mands without explicitly specifying a -S sandbox option, and Source<br />

Integrity determines the sandbox to operate on based on the directory you're working in.<br />

Valid values are true or false.<br />

cwd<br />

identifies a working directory for the <strong>com</strong>mand. In particular, any relative files and members<br />

in the selection are treated as being in that directory.<br />

<strong>com</strong>mand.batchMode<br />

a global key that controls batch mode. Batch mode forces the application to process<br />

<strong>com</strong>mands without prompting for responses. Valid values are false, true.<br />

developmentPath<br />

specifies a particular development path to use with the <strong>com</strong>mand all the time.<br />

filter<br />

specifies a filter to use with the <strong>com</strong>mand all the time.<br />

forceConfirm<br />

specifies whether to force the application to request confirmation for the particular<br />

<strong>com</strong>mand.<br />

includeFormers<br />

specifies whether to include members that have been dropped from the project.<br />

projectName<br />

specifies a particular Source Integrity project to work with all the time.<br />

projectRevision<br />

specifies a particular Source Integrity project revision to work with all the time.<br />

recurse<br />

controls whether to recurse into subprojects.<br />

sandbox.allowProjectSelection<br />

a global key that controls whether to allow Source Integrity project selection. Valid values<br />

are false, true.<br />

sandbox.allowSandboxSelection<br />

a global key that controls whether to allow sandbox selection. Valid values are false, true.<br />
