To confirm your selections and update the Implementer database
1 (Optional) Enable the Repeat option to continue with additional updates without exiting
the application.
2 Click Finish. The Successful Update message box displays.
3 Click OK.
If you enabled the Repeat option, the Enrolled Users list displays; otherwise, the
application closes.
Deleting Tutorial Information
Implementer includes demonstration data to help new users learn to use the software and
help experienced users to use new features. If you selected to install demonstration data
when you installed Implementer, you can delete the tutorial data when it is no longer
needed.
To delete tutorial information
1 Delete the tutorial libraries. For a list of these libraries, see Appendix A of the
MKS Implementer 2006 Installation Guide.
2 From the Workbench, delete the locks for the member/objects associated with tutorial
environments. For details, see “Deleting a Lock” in the MKS Implementer 2006 User Guide.
3 To remove the historical data, from Work with Environments, use option 32, Purge
History.
CAUTION Purge history removes the history of completed requests and locks for an
environment based on dates you specify. If you are using Implementer for change
management in production (not just for training), performing this function may
result in the removal of that data. For details, see “Purging Environment History” on
page 374.
4 Delete the demonstration environments by using Implementer Menu option 42,
Environments. For details, see “Deleting an Environment” on page 96.
