4.6.2 utsc_em<br />
Improvement The library for accessing tester bus was moved to ${ATFSROOT}/<br />
${ATFSARCH}/${ATFSOS}/${ATFSTBUS}/lib/libatfstb.so.<br />
(1) If many utilities and FS command processes were executed simultaneously, <strong>FutureSuite</strong><br />
sometimes did not terminate correctly.<br />
Relevant software revisions: <strong>REV</strong> 3.00 through <strong>REV</strong>3.00-6<br />
Improvement <strong>FutureSuite</strong> terminates correctly.<br />
4.6.3 utsc_fm_master<br />
(1) In the following case, the ‘Calibration Initialize’ check button of the control panel was not<br />
deselected.<br />

When the main program terminated by testend or aborted or a runtime error for all<br />
sites.<br />
Relevant software revisions: <strong>REV</strong> 3.00 through <strong>REV</strong>3.00-7<br />
Improvement In the following case, the ‘Calibration Initialize’ check button of the control<br />
panel is deselected.<br />
When the main program terminated by testend or aborted or a runtime<br />
error for all sites.<br />
(1) If a non-existing directory was specified as the current directory, a runtime error occurred<br />
when startfs or exitfs was executed.<br />

Improvement Even if a non-existing directory is specified as the current directory,<br />
startfs and exitfs can be executed correctly.<br />
(2) If a user-created data processing program was set as a program which is started when a<br />
test starts, program debugging could not be performed correctly.<br />
