4. IMPROVED ITEMS
(3) Setting values returned to their initial state when the following conditions were satisfied:
Shmoo execution conditions were set by using the [Shmoo Condition] dialog box.
Setting values were changed.
The setting values became invalid if other conditions were changed (example: in Transition
Shmoo, the [Step Count] value became invalid if [Binary] was selected in [Scan
Type]).
The settings were applied by clicking either the [OK] button or [Apply] button under the
above conditions.

Improvement No values have become invalid.
(4) Shmoo plot was displayed incorrectly when the following conditions were satisfied:
Three-dimensional Normal Shmoo was used
[Transition(Fail to Pass)] was set as the display type.
Multiple system DUT results were displayed by overlapping.

Improvement Shmoo plot has been displayed correctly.
(5) Pass results were displayed as all system DUT results when the following conditions were
satisfied:
Three-dimensional Normal Shmoo was used
[Slice] was set as the display type.
The [DUT Display...] in the [View] menu was used.
The grid that has no execution result was right-clicked.

Improvement No results have been displayed.
(6) An incorrect value was displayed in the X, Y, Z Value label of the [DUT Display] dialog box
when the following conditions were satisfied:
Three-dimensional Normal Shmoo was used
[Slice] was set as the display type.
The X or Y axis was set as the axis to be sliced.
The [DUT Display...] in the [View] menu was used.
