4.7 Utilities 4.7.1 Category Counter Sep 7/04 FutureSuite UPDATE NOTICE REV 3.01 4. IMPROVED ITEMS (1) If a device program was executed when the following conditions were satisfied, the total counts of incorrect category numbers (category number 0) was displayed. [Counted Category] was selected from [Counter Display Mode]. The category counter information was cleared. The total number of category numbers that was counted after a device program was executed was smaller than the total number of category numbers before the device program was executed. Relevant software revisions: REV 3.00 through REV3.00-6 Improvement The total counts of incorrect category numbers (category number 0) have not been displayed. (2) If the wafer start was executed when the following conditions were satisfied, the total counts of incorrect category numbers (category number 0) were displayed. 4.7.2 Control Panel [Counted Category] was selected from [Counter Display Mode].
