Fletcher will lead a virtual canoe trip<br />
down the Pere Marquette and the<br />
Two Hearted River through his stories<br />
and photographs. You don’t have to<br />
be a canoeing or kayaking enthusiast<br />
to enjoy the program, but you may<br />
become one by the time the evening<br />
ends! There will be a free drawing for a<br />
canoe/kayak day trip, as well as maps<br />
and livery brochures to help you plan<br />

Prepare for a 5/10k<br />

Victor Sellinger of<br />
Running Fit will<br />
provide information for novice and<br />
intermediate runners on how to prepare<br />
to run a 5 or 10k. His presentation will<br />
include advice on getting in shape,<br />
preparing the day of the race, and, of<br />
course, actually running that 5/10k.<br />
Victor will also bring examples of a<br />
variety of running accessories that assist<br />
with comfort and performance while<br />
reducing the chance of injury.
