B2 It was decided to recommend the proposal for grant of
prior environmental clearance subject to the project
proponent complying with/furnishing the following:
(i) Approved building plan from the Municipal
Corporation.
(ii) NOC from the civial aviation authorities.
(iii) Confirmation that there will be zero discharge of
treated water to the Municipal drain.

(iv) A concise statement of all commitments made by
the proponent relating to various environmental aspects.
It was decided to recommend the proposal (covered
under s.no. 3(a) of the schedule to the notification dated
14.9.2006) for grant of prior environmental clearance
subject to the project proponent complying
with/furnishing the following:
(i) Copies of the forms I, IA and IB and rapid EIA.
(ii) Details of storm water drainage plan and rain water
harvesting.
(iii) Details of the tree plantation programme with
location, species and number of trees.
(iv) Details of the STP proposed to be installed and
characteristics of treated water.
(v) Proposed arrangements for taking care of likely
emission at the stage of loading scrap.
(vi) Exploration of the possibility of recovering heat
from the waste water
(vii) A concise statement of all commitments made by
the proponent relating to various environmental aspects.
B2 It was decided to recommend the proposal for grant of
prior environmental clearance subject to the project
proponent complying with/furnishing the following:
(i) Storm water drainage lay out and design.
(ii) Detailed note on fire fighting arrangements.
(iii) Detailed calculations of power requirement during
load shedding (for a minimum period of four hours).
(iv) Revised cost of EMP during the operation phase by
properly accounting for diesel cost.
