B2 It was decided to recommend <strong>the</strong> proposal for grant <strong>of</strong><br />

prior environmental clearance subject to <strong>the</strong> project<br />

proponent complying with/furnishing <strong>the</strong> following:<br />

(i) Approved building plan from <strong>the</strong> Municipal<br />

Corporation.<br />

(ii) NOC from <strong>the</strong> civial aviation authorities.<br />

(iii) Confirmation that <strong>the</strong>re will be zero discharge <strong>of</strong><br />

treated water to <strong>the</strong> Municipal drain.<br />

(iv) A concise statement <strong>of</strong> all commitments made by<br />

<strong>the</strong> proponent relating to various environmental aspects.<br />

It was decided to recommend <strong>the</strong> proposal (covered<br />

under s.no. 3(a) <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> schedule to <strong>the</strong> notification dated<br />

14.9.2006) for grant <strong>of</strong> prior environmental clearance<br />

subject to <strong>the</strong> project proponent complying<br />

with/furnishing <strong>the</strong> following:<br />

(i) Copies <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> forms I, IA and IB and rapid EIA.<br />

(ii) Details <strong>of</strong> storm water drainage plan and rain water<br />

harvesting.<br />

(iii) Details <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> tree plantation programme with<br />

location, species and number <strong>of</strong> trees.<br />

(iv) Details <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> STP proposed to be installed and<br />

characteristics <strong>of</strong> treated water.<br />

(v) Proposed arrangements for taking care <strong>of</strong> likely<br />

emission at <strong>the</strong> stage <strong>of</strong> loading scrap.<br />

(vi) Exploration <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> possibility <strong>of</strong> recovering heat<br />

from <strong>the</strong> waste water<br />

(vii) A concise statement <strong>of</strong> all commitments made by<br />

<strong>the</strong> proponent relating to various environmental aspects.<br />

B2 It was decided to recommend <strong>the</strong> proposal for grant <strong>of</strong><br />

prior environmental clearance subject to <strong>the</strong> project<br />

proponent complying with/furnishing <strong>the</strong> following:<br />

(i) Storm water drainage lay out and design.<br />

(ii) Detailed note on fire fighting arrangements.<br />

(iii) Detailed calculations <strong>of</strong> power requirement during<br />

load shedding (for a minimum period <strong>of</strong> four hours).<br />

(iv) Revised cost <strong>of</strong> EMP during <strong>the</strong> operation phase by<br />

properly accounting for diesel cost.
