a forming and press line and an SHS finishing line. For this line<br />
<strong>Siempelkamp</strong> guarantees a daily capacity of 460 m³ for 7.8 mm<br />
boards and approx. 600 m³ for the production of 3 mm boards.<br />
Dr. E. Schnitzler also carried out the complete project<br />
planning for the doorskin line for our Turkish customer Yildiz<br />
Entegre including a Büttner dryer, a forming and press line, a<br />
SHS finishing line, and an automatic storage system.<br />
New Orders for 2009<br />
Sicoplan and Dr. E. Schnitzler have numerous new orders for<br />
2009 as well as several projects in different stages of completion<br />
which in turn point toward successful business in 2009.<br />
Sicoplan received new orders from our Chinese customers<br />
Guodong I and II, which are requesting our planning expertise<br />
for an MDF line. Furthermore, we support Abott, Russia, as<br />
well as two more plants in Eastern Europe with the project<br />
planning for an MDF plant.<br />
Start-ups are pending for three Brazilian and three Chinese<br />
customers in 2009. These include the MDF plant at Duratex<br />
and the particleboard lines at Satipel Taquari and Fibraplac. In<br />
China we are supporting Lishui III, Yingang I and Yingang II<br />
with the successful start-up of their new MDF lines.<br />
Dr. E. Schnitzler has also recorded several new orders. Once<br />
again, our planning expert received an order from Yildiz Sunta<br />
in Turkey. This order includes the complete project planning for<br />
a particleboard plant including a 7’ x 42.1 m ContiRoll ® press<br />
with a guaranteed daily production capacity of approx. 1,300<br />
m³ for 18 mm boards. The <strong>Siempelkamp</strong> Group will supply the<br />
forming and press line as well as an SHS finishing line including<br />
an automatic storage system.<br />
For our customer Art Progress, Ukraine, Dr. E. Schnitzler will<br />
carry out the complete project planning for an MDF line. This<br />
order was received at the beginning of <strong>2008</strong>. The scope of<br />
supply for this order consists of a 9’ x 35.4 m ContiRoll ® press<br />
for which we guarantee a daily capacity of approx. 720 m³ for<br />
16 mm boards. Furthermore, SES will supply a boiler plant and<br />
SHS will supply the finishing line including an automatic<br />
storage system.<br />
The expertise of Dr. E. Schnitzler in the area of project<br />
planning is also in demand for several plants manufacturing<br />
different wood-based products in Russia, Belarus, Ireland,<br />
Pakistan, and Germany. These orders confirm our good reputation<br />
and broad area of competence.<br />
