THAI YOGA MASSAGE LEVELS 1 & 2
- APPLIED YOGA THERAPY CERTIFICATE COURSE with KRISHNA (Albert Swiercz)
February 23-March 7 and August 5-17
This hands on modality is taking from the ancient spiritual healing systems of both Hatha
Yoga and Thai Massage. Learn how to guide a recipient though a series of applied yoga
postures while gently stimulating the body's energy lines and pressure points, helping to
reduce muscular tension, improve circulation, increase flexibility and range of motion and
balance the body and mind energetically. Both levels are recognized by the National
Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork for a total of 65 CR hours and
also recognized by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario for a total of 32.5 CEUs.
Curriculum includes learning skills to give a 90 minute customized session.
Krishna (Albert Swiercz) is the director of the Anahata Center of Yoga Therapy & Massage
based in Quebec, Canada. He has been teaching Thai Yoga Massage-Applied Yoga Therapy
internationally for several years and is Quebec certified massage therapist. He is also a senior
student of Swami Vishnudevananda with over 30 years of teaching experience.
