March 1-3 - Inner Healing through Sacred Sounds with Ram Vakkalanka - Experience
healing through the serene sounds of Sitar in workshops to discover the wonderful art and
science of Nada Yoga and how it can help open up the chakras and balance the doshas,
clear energy blocks, helping find inner bliss.
March 4-9 - Spring Break Family Week - Come bond with your family at the ashram
with outings, activities and more for kids, teens and parents.
March 9 - Sivaratri - The Night of Lord Siva - Join us from 8pm-6am for this joyous
devotional ceremony and continuous kirtan throughout the night as an offering to Lord
Siva. Prasad for all at the end!
March 15-17 - Vegetarian Cooking Workshops with Neeti Bahtia - Learn the art of
properly using spices to create delicious Indian vegetarian meals. No experience necessary.
March 22-24 - Spring Juice Fasting and Detox
Weekend with Suzanne Cliche - Start the season
with juices and vegetables especially made to provide
nourishment and internally cleanse the digestive
system. Please note that during the weekend no
food will be served at the Ashram, all guests are
requested to join in the program. Cost: $50 (plus
accommodations)
March 29-31 - Easter Weekend with Folk Singer
and Gospel Songwriter Ken Whiteley - Come clap
your hands and sway your hips to the sounds of this
Canadian roots music legend. Great music for the
whole family.
