Please be patient as the announcement<br />

has been delayed due to the approval process<br />

for dorm rooms here at the OTC. We have<br />

formal approval from the USOC and by the<br />

time this article is printed, there will be more<br />

detailed information available on our website<br />

and the NRA website. e online registration<br />

will be available in August. is year, we put<br />

together a program of topics that are relevant<br />

to the problems and issues our coaches are<br />

experiencing. e below is an overview of<br />

the program:<br />

On November 18, all coaches will<br />

spend the morning meeting with one of<br />

the National Coaches in their discipline<br />

of choice. In the aernoon, we will be<br />

hosting several optional ‘pre-conference’<br />

presentations and clinics. e sessions will<br />

e Coaches Conference general session will<br />

on November 20. During the general session<br />

you will have the opportunity to learn<br />

from a wide variety of presentations. e<br />

e CMP is sponsoring a dinner at the<br />

Flying W Ranch Dinner Show. is is an<br />

optional social event which will cost $10 at<br />

the time of your online registration.<br />

We will close the conference aer<br />

lunch on Sunday to allow everyone to catch<br />

an aernoon ight back home. We have a<br />

limited number of dorm rooms available<br />

at the OTC. ese will be reserved on a<br />

rst-come, rst-served basis. I look forward<br />
