Coaches College and Conference
will be held at the Olympic
Training Center (OTC)?
Please be patient as the announcement
has been delayed due to the approval process
for dorm rooms here at the OTC. We have
formal approval from the USOC and by the
time this article is printed, there will be more
detailed information available on our website
and the NRA website. e online registration
will be available in August. is year, we put
together a program of topics that are relevant
to the problems and issues our coaches are
experiencing. e below is an overview of
the program:

On November 18, all coaches will
spend the morning meeting with one of
the National Coaches in their discipline
of choice. In the aernoon, we will be
hosting several optional ‘pre-conference’
presentations and clinics. e sessions will
include:

shotgun program and Scholastic Clay Target
Program presentations
panel of resident athletes

Unit shooting team
e Coaches Conference general session will
begin on November 19 and end aer lunch
on November 20. During the general session
you will have the opportunity to learn
from a wide variety of presentations. e
presentations are as follows:
your juniors and your club from sexual
molestation and child predators
Development update
National Coaches)
for clubs
scholarships and NCAA rules/regulations
junior shooting program successful, how-to
discussion (panel of club coaches)?
to set up ranges, partnering, etc.

Air-Pistol Competitors
e CMP is sponsoring a dinner at the
Flying W Ranch Dinner Show. is is an
optional social event which will cost $10 at
the time of your online registration.
We will close the conference aer
lunch on Sunday to allow everyone to catch
an aernoon ight back home. We have a
limited number of dorm rooms available
at the OTC. ese will be reserved on a
rst-come, rst-served basis. I look forward
