Electronic Evidence<br />
Chapter Two <strong>of</strong> the Cyber Crime <strong>Law</strong><br />
contains provisions concerning the search<br />
and seizure <strong>of</strong> evidence that is suspected<br />
<strong>of</strong> being used in relation to <strong>Computer</strong><br />
<strong>Crimes</strong>. ISPs are required to keep records<br />
<strong>of</strong> Internet traffic data and personal<br />
information <strong>of</strong> Internet users. Article 48<br />
incorporates the regulations in place for<br />
surveillance <strong>of</strong> telephone conversations<br />
to the Internet. ARTICLE 19 does not<br />
have access to these regulations, hence,<br />
thorough analysis <strong>of</strong> this provision can<br />
be provided only upon further review <strong>of</strong><br />
additional legislation.<br />
