Comes back down by 48 hours after birth<br />

Preemies may have more left shift, may last<br />

longer<br />

Gradual switch to lymphocyte predom<strong>in</strong>ance<br />

<br />

Usually spectrum <strong>of</strong> matur<strong>in</strong>g lymphocytes<br />

(hematogones)
