10. Capital management<br />
The Company’s objective is to obtain debt financing from the capital markets and to provide the<br />
financing obtained to TEPC. The Company considers its capital structure to include working<br />
capital, debt and shareholder’s equity. The Company’s shareholder’s equity is not subject to<br />
external restructuring and the Company has not paid or declared any dividends since<br />
incorporation. There are no covenants in the Company’s debt agreements.
