SELECTING A LOCATION
You can place the phone on a desk top
or table, or mount it on a standard wall
plate. Select a location that is:
• near an accessible AC outlet
• near a telephone line jack
• out of the way of normal activities
• away from electrical machinery,
electrical appliances, metal walls or
filing cabinets, wireless intercoms,
alarms, and room monitors
Note: The base’s location affects the
phone’s range. If you have a choice of
several locations, try each to see which
provides the best performance.
MOUNTING THE SYSTEM
Attaching the Stand
To mount the phone on a wall or desk
top, you need to attach the supplied
stand to the phone.
To place the phone on a desk top, insert
the tab on the narrow end of the stand
into the upper center slot. Then snap the
two spring tabs on the wide end of the
stand into place.
