Elizabeth Hanratty ’02 married Dan<br />
Mueller on July 12, 2008. The wedding<br />
took place at St. Francis of Assisi Church,<br />
Ridgefield Park, NJ, and the reception<br />
was held at The View on the Hudson<br />
in Piermont, NY. Bridesmaids<br />
included AHA alumnae Jessica<br />
Gaynor ’02, Gina Talarico ’02,<br />
and Christie Titus ’02. Jessica<br />
O’Neill ’02 became engaged this<br />
past March to Benny leto. A wedding<br />
is planned for october 2009.<br />
’03<br />
Angela R. Cucco ’03 graduated<br />
from lehigh university in 2007<br />
with a BA in Theater. She spent this past<br />
summer as a Stage Management intern<br />
at the Williamstown Theater Festival in<br />
Williamstown, MA. She also completed<br />
an apprenticeship as an Assistant Stage<br />
Manager at the Walnut Street Theatre in<br />
Philadelphia, PA for the 2007-08 season.<br />
She currently works for the Ge<strong>org</strong>e Street<br />
Playhouse in New Brunswick, NJ as the<br />
Stage Manager for their Educational<br />
Touring Troupe. Kendra Mara ’03 has<br />
taken her passion for animals to a new<br />
level in becoming the Volunteer Coordinator<br />
and Humane Education Director of<br />
Animal Haven Inc., a no-kill animal<br />
shelter in New York City. In addition to<br />
recruiting and training the <strong>org</strong>anization’s<br />
volunteers, she has created an educational<br />
program that teaches elementary and<br />
high school students about current<br />
animal welfare issues and the importance<br />
of treating all living things with dignity,<br />

Kaitlin O’Neill ’03 recently began teaching<br />
at the Met School in Providence, RI. The<br />
Met is an alternative high school based<br />
on real world learning and internship<br />
experiences and is one of 200 such<br />
schools in the country.<br />

Daryl Baboulis-Gyscek ’04 and Dana<br />
Baboulis-Gyscek ’06 spent their summer<br />
together on Capitol Hill in Washington<br />
D.C. Daryl was a letter<br />
screener for the intern staff<br />
of Congressman Scott Garrett,<br />
overseeing the tour schedule<br />
for constituents visiting the<br />
Washington D.C. area.<br />
She graduated from lafayette<br />
College in May with a BA<br />
in Government and law.<br />
Dana joined Congressman<br />
Garrett’s summer intern staff,<br />
and in addition to attending<br />
legislative sessions, committee<br />
meetings and<br />
hearings in the House of<br />
Representatives, she could<br />
be seen around the Capitol<br />
building giving tours and<br />
sharing very interesting<br />
facts about the history of<br />
our Nation! Dana is a<br />
Junior at Muhlenberg<br />
College, Allentown, PA,<br />
majoring in Psychology.<br />
Stephanie Ringelstein ’04<br />
graduated this past May<br />
from Providence College<br />
with a BS in Biology and<br />
a minor in Spanish. In<br />
March of this year, her Biology class took<br />
a trip to la Selva Biological Station in<br />
Costa Rica where they lived in cabins<br />
in the rain forest, conducting research<br />
projects for ten days. After graduation<br />
in May, Stephanie toured Italy with the<br />
Providence College liturgical Choir,<br />
which included singing at masses at San<br />
Marco Basilica in Venice, The Basilica of<br />
St. Francis in Assisi and St. Peters Basilica.<br />
on their final day, they sang a small piece<br />
for Pope Benedict XVI. This past summer<br />
she kept busy finishing up Vertias, the<br />
Providence College yearbook as Editor in<br />
Chief. Kara Walker ’04 graduated from<br />
The Catholic university of America in<br />
May 2008 with a degree in Media and<br />
Communications. She currently works<br />
as a Production Assistant for the Media<br />
Desk at Fox News in New York City.<br />

Emily Wallace ’04 was accepted into the<br />
Jesuit Volunteers International program<br />
and will be teaching primary school in<br />
Tanzania, Africa.<br />
’05<br />
Laurie A. Cucco ’05 completed a student<br />
nurse externship at Hackensack university<br />
Medical Center’s Pediatric Hematology/<br />
oncology unit this past summer. She is<br />
currently finishing her BS in Nursing at<br />
The College of New Jersey, while continuing<br />
her work at HuMC. Kathleen Kohl ’05<br />
was recently inducted into the Konosioni<br />
Senior Honor Society at Colgate university.<br />
Konosioni was founded in 1932 with the<br />
joining of two secret societies, the G<strong>org</strong>on’s<br />
Head and the Skull and Scroll, and each<br />
year 26 students out of<br />
every class are peer-selected<br />
for membership.<br />
’06<br />
Jennifer Santana ’06 is a<br />
Junior at Wagner College<br />
in the Physician Assistant<br />
Program. She says “It<br />
is very challenging, but<br />
rewarding at the same time<br />
because we are preparing<br />
for the real world,<br />
professionalism and how<br />
to treat patients.” Jennifer<br />
is currently the Vice President of the<br />
Physician Assistant Association and the<br />
Treasurer of the Wagner chapter for the<br />
Student Association of the American<br />
Association of Physician Assistants<br />
(S.A.A.P.A.).<br />
Melissa Morin ’02 married Jeff Sutley<br />
on September 6, 2008.
