L’ Antic Colonial’s laminate flooring is a highquality
product made with raw materials
selected in a complex production process. As a
result, as per the terms and conditions of the
warranty, full use of models classed AC4 and
AC5 is guaranteed in the home for 20 years
(in the case of AC5 only in the event of private
use, with a warranty of 5 years for public use).
Laminated format with just one plank covering
the base.
This gives the flooring a distinguished air of
refinement, bringing added visual appeal to
rooms.
The Soundless soundproofing underlay is stuck
to the bottom of the laminate floor. It reduces
noise in rooms to a minimum and makes the
flooring easier to lay. The underlay is 2 mm
thick and it is only available with some Lama
Supreme and AC5 models.
Medium resistance laminate flooring. L’Antic
Colonial products in this category are suited
for private use, and they come with a 15-year
warranty.

on top of water underfloor heating systems.
The flooring can be laid in two ways, gluing
it directly to the floor or by using a floating
system with a cardboard underlay to ensure
improved efficiency.
