L’ANTIC COLONIAL LAMINATE FLOORING
-Our laminate flooring has a modern fitting system which creates a tight fit
without the need for glue.
-A wide range of edging and skirting is available to complete the fitting.
-We suggest keeping rooms well ventilated to minimise the effects of humidity.
-The guarantee is 15 or 20 years for AC3 and AC4 models respectively.
Easy-to-fit flooring, easy to clean, durable and with a scratch-resistant surface.
Ideal in environments in which the flooring will be exposed to knocks,
scrapes, scratches and heavy weights. They are also resistant to cigarette
burns and the effects of ultraviolet light. This flooring maintains its durability
via the use of a high quality top layer and edges treated with AQUAPROT.
This also means that dirt and dust particles do not stick to the surface and
can be easily removed, helping to maintain a clean environment.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
-To prolongue the beauty of the flooring we recommend using a doormat to
clean grit and dirt from shoes before entering in the house.
-Clean and dry liquid spills immediately to avoid moisture penetrating into
the joints.
-Avoid knocks and scapes with hard objects.
-Use felt pads under furniture legs to avoid acratching when moving furniture.
-Changes in ambient humidity can cause contraction and expansion. Reduce
the impact of these movements by keeping rooms well ventilated
and keeping humidity between 35% and 65%.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
This warranty offers coverage in addition to purchasers’ legal rights concerning
defects to materials and purchasers’ special rights, including purchaser’s rights
against the seller.
If checks are made for defects in materials before all the components of L’ANTIC
COLONIAL PARQUET FLOORING are laid, faulty planks will be replaced free of charge.
This warranty does not cover faulty parts that are laid. Likewise it does not cover
damage caused by third parties (e.g. during transportation).
If defects come to light after the flooring is laid, once a claim has been accepted,
L’Antic Colonial S.A. reserves the right to make detailed repairs to faulty areas or to
send replacement parts to the corresponding sales agent free of charge.
If the faulty product is no longer supplied, L’Antic Colonial S.A. will replace it with a
product of an equivalent standard from its current stock of laminate flooring.
Acceptance of a claim does not imply that the warranty period will be extended.
CLEANING
2013 Product changes by tone. The color of the material used may not be exactly equal to the sample.
Dry cleaning
-Laminate flooring can be cleaned using a dry cloth or vacuum cleaner.
-Wen more extensive cleaning is required use a PG neutral cleaner
and a soft cloth.
Wet cleaning
-Clean the flooring regularly with a damp cloth or mop using a neutral
cleaner.
-Dilute 10 to 15 g of neutral soap detergent in 5 litres of water and
wash the surface with a cotton cloth or dust mop. Then leave to dry.

Negotiations between L’Antic Colonial S.A. and a client to clarify possible faulty
materials do not automatically imply the recognition of a legal obligation. Purchasers
will not acquire additional rights or be entitled to make additional demands.
The cost of dismantling and relaying the parquet or individual planks and the
renewal of the floor’s finish are not included.
L’Antic Colonial S.A. reserves the right not to meet claims fully until used material
has been returned.
