ALPHABETICAL INDEX -- QUALIFICATION TABLE FOR KWB POSITIONS
B-1. KWB positions identified by an asterisk (*) and leader and above levels require some ability to
read, write, speak, and/or understand English for referral consideration.
B-2. Grades shown are for journeyman level of the occupation concerned. Junior positions are
established two grades below journeyman level. Leader, Senior Leader, and Foreman positions are 1,
3, and 5 grades, respectively above the journeyman grade.
