Under Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode, following package has been <strong>of</strong>fered to<br />
NGOs , unemployed agriculture graduates, retired scientists <strong>of</strong> Rajendra <strong>Agriculture</strong><br />
University, <strong>Agriculture</strong> Clinic and Agri Business Centres:<br />
• To carry out the business <strong>of</strong> seed, fertilizer and pesticides.<br />
• Make available small agricultural equipment <strong>on</strong> custom hiring basis.<br />
• During 1 st year, to make available equipment, chemicals and glassware for<br />
analysis <strong>of</strong> N, P, K, Ph & EC.<br />
• To create soil analysis capacity <strong>of</strong> 2,500 samples at a block level and charge Rs.<br />
20 per sample from the farmers.<br />
• Govt. will provide Rs. 30 per sample analysis in additi<strong>on</strong> to farmer’s payment <strong>of</strong><br />
Rs. 20 per sample.<br />
• The Govt. will organize training <strong>of</strong> workers twice annually.
