CLEMSONJOBLINK INSTRUCTIONS

JOBLINK
1. Log-in:
• Go to the Career Center web site
(http://www.clemson.edu/career/)
• The left panel will provide a link for ClemsonJobLink
• Select “Students click here” to log into ClemsonJobLink
• Log in using your Clemson Novell ID and password
2. Complete and/or update your profile:
• Remember to hit “save changes and continue” at the
bottom of each page
• Review the Privacy Policy located in your profile.
• We recommend answering “yes” to the privacy question
“Include in Resume Books”, which is the only way
employers can search for your information in the system
3. Upload Your Documents:
• After completing your profile, you need to visit the
“Upload Documents” section. This is where you can
upload your resume, cover letters and other documents
which may be required by employers.
• You must have a resume in ClemsonJobLink to apply to
jobs and schedule on-campus interviews with employers
visiting our campus.
4. Click on “Search Job Postings” and select “ClemsonJobLink
Jobs”
• Search for Full-time, Internship, Part-time or Summer
jobs under “Position Type”.
• Follow the instructions on each job description screen to
apply.
CLEMSON JOBLINK UPDATES:
Starting in 2010 we added Facebook and texting options for
students to “opt-in” through your ClemsonJobLink account.
You are able to receive your Search Agent updates from
ClemsonJobLink directly on your Facebook page. After logging
into your ClemsonJobLink account you will see on your homepage
a Facebook icon. Click the on the icon and then follow the
directions. The system will allow you to choose the setting in your
Facebook account to receive postings automatically to your wall
or receive notification before agreeing to post to your wall.
You may also receive text message reminders for your scheduled
interviews in ClemsonJobLink. To receive text message alerts,
log into your ClemsonJobLink account. Navigate to the “Profile”
section then “Privacy” and click “yes” by “enable text message

alerts”. Another screen will appear asking you for your “Cell
Phone Number” and “Mobile Carrier” (For example: Verizon
Wireless). Lastly to complete you will need to agree to the
“Privacy Policy and Consent to Release Records” by checking
the box and save changes. Now you will receive text messages
reminders for accepted interviews.
