Sarla Devi learnt about SRI through an N.G.O called the Mount Valley Development
Association (MVDA), Doni, Uttarakhand, which is a partner organization of the
Peoples’ Science Institute (PSI), Dehradun. She adopted SRI in 2007, receiving
guidance and training from PSI and MVDA.
