Li Daning (李大宁)<br />
Appointed deputy director of the State Administration of Traditional<br />
Chinese Medicine in March 2005. Li Daning, born in January 1953,<br />
is a native of Yongji, Jilin Province. He graduated from the<br />
Department of Chinese Medicine of Heilongjiang Chinese Medical<br />

1998. Li Yucai, born on 24 January 1949, is a native of Shan<br />
County, Shandong Province. He is a senior engineer. Li joined the<br />
CCP in 1966. He was a research fellow at the Central Party School.<br />
Li served as deputy Party secretary and head of Chengwu County in<br />
Shandong (1984), Party secretary of Chengwu County (1985),<br />
deputy director (Jan 1988) and director (Apr 1990) of the Provincial<br />
Forestry Department, head of the Comprehensive Planning<br />
Department of the Ministry of Forestry (Jun 1993), and as<br />
vice-minister of forestry (Apr 1995). He studied at the Center of<br />
Environmental Science of Beijing University (Sep 1997 – Jan 2002)<br />

Liu Andong (刘安东)<br />
The establishment of <strong>China</strong> Post Group (CPG) on 30 November<br />
<strong>2006</strong> marks the separation of the regulatory functions of the former<br />
State Post Bureau (SPB) from its business activities. Liu Andong,<br />
former director of SPB, has been appointed general manager of<br />
CPG, and Ma Junsheng, former deputy director of SPB, has been<br />

Liu Weiping, born in May 1953, is a native of Fujin, Heilongjiang<br />
Province. He started to work in October 1968. In 1975 he graduated<br />
from Nanjing Aviation and Space University (the former Nanjing<br />
Aviation College), and he was a research fellow at the Central Party<br />
School. In January 1999 he became mayor of Nanchang City. In<br />
July 2001 he was appointed vice-governor of Qinghai Province. Liu<br />
became Standing Committee member and secretary-general of the<br />
CCP Qinghai Provincial Committee in June 2003, and its deputy<br />
