Job Title: Supply Chain Manager<br />

Together with our clients, Secans translates concepts and designs into an operational plan, we build<br />

retail outlets, maintain brands, and deliver promotions. To execute this operational plan, Secans<br />

provides work forces to execute the operational activities, such as demand planning, order<br />

management, pick and pack, project management, store construction, financial management and<br />

installation.<br />

Job Summary and Mission<br />

This job is a key position within Secans to lead and monitor the supply chain/warehouse activities. It<br />

is your responsibility to have an outstanding warehouse service performance. Your internal<br />

customers are the account teams. You report to the COO and are a member of the operational<br />

management team.<br />

Summary of Key Responsibilities<br />

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:<br />

1. Ensure that internal processes are carried out effectively and efficiently<br />

2. Guarantee that internal KPI’s are met<br />

3. Guarantee that agreed SLA’s with warehouse providers in Eerbeek/Dubai and UK are<br />

reached.<br />

4. Optimalisation of store development supply chain<br />

5. Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems<br />

Summary of Experience<br />

Warehouse manager, international supply chain management and 4PL operations in a retail<br />

environment, with 6-8 years experience.<br />

Clear & consistent communications (both writing & speaking) in Dutch, English and<br />

preferably German.<br />

Strong planning skills<br />

Analytical skills<br />

HBO<br />

Lean management /Six Sigma<br />

System knowledge:<br />

1. ERP systems<br />

2. Relevant experience in interface systems<br />

3. Experienced in Excel<br />

4. Ms-Office<br />

Empathic communications, able to understand the customer’s point of view<br />
