Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

international retailers.

Together with our clients, Secans translates concepts and designs into an operational plan, we build

retail outlets, maintain brands, and deliver promotions. To execute this operational plan, Secans

provides work forces to execute the operational activities, such as demand planning, order

management, pick and pack, project management, store construction, financial management and

installation.

Job Summary and Mission

This job is a key position within Secans to lead and monitor the supply chain/warehouse activities. It

is your responsibility to have an outstanding warehouse service performance. Your internal

customers are the account teams. You report to the COO and are a member of the operational

management team.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

1. Ensure that internal processes are carried out effectively and efficiently

2. Guarantee that internal KPI’s are met

3. Guarantee that agreed SLA’s with warehouse providers in Eerbeek/Dubai and UK are

reached.

4. Optimalisation of store development supply chain

5. Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems

Summary of Experience

Warehouse manager, international supply chain management and 4PL operations in a retail

environment, with 6-8 years experience.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities

Clear & consistent communications (both writing & speaking) in Dutch, English and

preferably German.

Set and measure priorities and deadlines

Strong planning skills

Analytical skills

HBO

Lean management /Six Sigma

System knowledge:

1. ERP systems

2. Relevant experience in interface systems

3. Experienced in Excel

4. Ms-Office

Empathic communications, able to understand the customer’s point of view
