three ICT <strong>in</strong>cubators (Damascus 2006, Homs<br />

2010, & Lattakia 2011)<br />

Provide a scientific and technical environment of<br />

experts, advisers, and <strong>in</strong>frastructure needed for<br />

entrepreneurs to create their <strong>in</strong>vestment<br />

projects.<br />

Contribute <strong>in</strong> rais<strong>in</strong>g the level of ICT <strong>in</strong>dustry <strong>in</strong><br />

<strong>Syria</strong>


ICT Incubators<br />

Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g: Concepts of Strategic Management,<br />

Projects Management, How to build you bus<strong>in</strong>ess<br />

plan, Feasibility Study, Market<strong>in</strong>g and Market<br />

analysis, Legal aspects for establish<strong>in</strong>g<br />

companies, Other subjects like <strong>in</strong>tellectual<br />

property, and legal issues related to ICT projects<br />

specifically.<br />

Advisory, and consultancy experts and<br />

consultants play the role of mentors


Incubators and <strong>in</strong>cubation services enable<br />

the transition of <strong>in</strong>novative ideas <strong>in</strong>to<br />
