HOWARD COMMUNITY COLLEGE INCIDENT REPORT DEC.2005 Date Location Detail 3-1-06 at approximately 0815 hours 3-2-06 at approximately 1030 hours 3/2/2006 5:30:00 PM Lot -J Roadway outside of the ILB ILB Room 239 2/28/2006 6:30:00 PM Library Building - First Floor Student/employee and shuttle driver engaged in a verbal argument using profanity. The argument was about the employee moving the plant gator out of the way so the shuttle could pass. There were several witnesses. Student became sick and was laying on the floor complaining about stomach cramps. Nursing staff was called to asses what needed to be done. Nursing staff advised that 911 be called. Student was transported to hospital. Parents were notified by the division office. A vehicle abandoned for several weeks was towed after security was called by athletic center staff. Police was notified and owner identified. Attempts had been made to contact owner. Owner did not respond. Lost cell-phone possible theft. Person reported the loss was sure of where they had last placed it before leaving the area to turn in some paper work. It was no longer there upon return. 3/6/2006 12:40:00 PM Parking Lot "C" A car had been struck in the rear but no contact info was left. The insurance for the struck car was expired. 9 of 9 Follow-Up Comments Supervisor was contacted and employee was referred to anger management counseling and has to give a written apology to all involved.
