desired recreation, natural<br />

and cultural areas in the<br />

and actively engage in ethical<br />

cultural and recreational<br />

knowledge of the <strong>Forest</strong>’s<br />

issues, when attending public<br />

meetings or when providing<br />

management practices are<br />

evolving because of<br />

advances in technology,<br />
