Situated on the corner of Heatherton Road and Springvale Road, the<br />

Waltzing Matilda Hotel offers a new and innovative look<br />

for your next function.<br />

With friendly staff and a modern environment the hotel presents three<br />

generous rooms starting from the Banksia Foyer, Banksia Room and the<br />

Opal Room.<br />

Our <strong>Function</strong> Rooms can cater for virtually any occasion ranging from<br />

weddings, engagements, birthday celebrations, Christmas parties,<br />

corporate functions and social events.<br />

We can tailor a complete package to cater for your needs, with a large<br />

range of menu options.<br />

Our highly experienced chefs can cater for cocktail parties, buffet<br />

carvery, sit-down menus and corporate meetings.<br />

Terms & Conditions<br />

Deposit:<br />

A $300 deposit including a signed terms and conditions form is required to secure your<br />

<strong>Function</strong> date.<br />

Security:<br />

Security is a mandatory requirement for all <strong>Function</strong>s over 50 people.<br />

<strong>Function</strong> Times:<br />

All <strong>Function</strong>s are a maximum of 5 hours in duration<br />

Banksia Room: Until 1am<br />

Opal Room: Until 3am (Fri. & Sat.) and until 12am (Sun. – Thurs.)<br />

Access to <strong>Function</strong> Rooms is available 2 hours prior to the start of the <strong>Function</strong>.<br />

Final Numbers & Payment:<br />

Final numbers & payment is due 7 days prior to your <strong>Function</strong>.<br />

Please note methods of payment: Credit card, Bank Cheque or Cash.<br />

(Personal Cheques are not accepted)<br />

Security Bond:<br />

A $500 security bond is required 5 days prior to your <strong>Function</strong> via cash or credit card preauthorization<br />

and fully refunded after a full inspection of the premise is concluded by<br />

management. Any loss or damage to the Hotel property will result in full loss of bond.<br />

• No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into The Waltzing<br />

Matilda Hotel for consumption at the <strong>Function</strong> by the organiser with the exception of a<br />

celebration cake.<br />

• Management reserves the right to exclude or eject any objectionable persons without<br />

liability.<br />
