Membership Subscription Renewal becomes due on
the 1 January 20 2012 20
12 and covers membership for the
whole of the calendar year 2012.
Emails have already been sent out to you all with the
Renewal Form attached; if you are unable to download
this form, please contact Julie Gordon who will assist
you with this : 01420 478247.
Membership and insurance cover will automatically
terminate if membership is not renewed by 31 January
20 2012. 20
You will notice that subscriptions have increased from
£50.00 to £58.00 per year. The reasons behind this
were explained in the covering letter with the renewal
form.
Please consider that if you do not renew your
subscription and your child (children) continue to ride,
you SHOULD consider alternative THIRD THIRD PARTY PARTY

At the end of your Renewal Form is a slip called ‘GIFT GIFT
AID’ AID’. AID’ We urge all members who are tax payers to fill
this in. IT IT DOES DOES NOT NOT MEAN YOU YOU HAVE TO PAY
ANY ANY EXTRA EXTRA MONEY, MONEY, but it does mean that
Petersfield Pony Club get an extra £10.00 per member
(£25.00 family membership) from Head Office to
spend on the branch and its activities, and this can
enable us to continue offering lower cost rallies, clinics
and tuition. .
The person making the payment MUST BE BE a
taxpayer. Only the subscription amount should be
entered on the Gift Aid Form. Payments from sole
trader accounts can be claimed, but not limited
company cheques. Cheques should be made payable
to ‘The The Petersfield Branch of the the Pony Pony Club’ Club’ or ‘The The
Petersfield Petersfield Petersfield Pony Pony Club’ Club’. Club’ Club’ Our bankers refuse cheques
written to the Pony Club.

Please ensure you have a current, working e-mail
address, that you also check regularly; we are
increasingly using e-mail more and more to notify
members of rallies/training times and upcoming events.

Do make use of our website. We put up schedules,
our programme and your successes and results plus
photos. We shall also be putting up times prior to
events and results after them. It is also useful for
advertising horse/ponies for loan and sale and buying
and selling horse boxes/trailers etc. Other branches
run their websites in a similar fashion.

This is the home page of the Pony Club. Click on
Branches & Centres from the list across the top and
you will get a menu. Choose Branch & Area Events
once there in the box ‘Show me events from@ select
Area 13. Schedules for all Area 13 events will be
available to download from the web, usually at least 2
months before the date of the competition. Our other
local area is Area11.
