1. One-family dwellings.<br />
2. Duplexes.<br />
3. Wholesale and retail s<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>res, shops and businesses.<br />
4. Amusement enterprises.<br />
5. Au<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>mobile service stati<strong>on</strong>s, including minor repairs.<br />
6. Bakeries.<br />
7. Mortuaries.<br />
8. Offices, business or professi<strong>on</strong>al, inclusive of professi<strong>on</strong>al healing arts offices and<br />
clinics and banks<br />
9. Pers<strong>on</strong>al service shops, including barber shops, beauty parlors, Laundromats, and<br />
the like.<br />
10. Repair shops and service shops, including shoe repair shops, plumbing shops,<br />
dressmaking shops, and the like, but not including au<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>mobile repair shops for<br />
major work.<br />
11. Restaurants and cafes.<br />
12. Studios.<br />
13. Other uses which, in the judgment of the Commissi<strong>on</strong> as evidenced by resoluti<strong>on</strong><br />
in writing, are similar <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> those listed herein.<br />
14. Uses cus<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>marily accessory <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> any of the above listed uses, including <strong>on</strong>ly those<br />
accessory <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> manufacturing, s<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>rage, compounding, or processing activities which<br />
are necessary for the ordinary c<strong>on</strong>duct of said listed uses and which are an integral<br />
part thereof.<br />
15. Accessory structures for the above.<br />

1. Public or commercial parking areas and garages.<br />

porti<strong>on</strong>s of required parking spaces.<br />
4. Service vehicle s<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>rage, after commercial business hours.<br />
5. Utilities and public facilities.<br />
6. Accessory uses and structures for the above.<br />
“M-1” - Light Industrial Z<strong>on</strong>e Permitted Uses<br />
1. Any use permitted with or without c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong> in the commercial z<strong>on</strong>e.<br />
