c. Three similar works of not less than 1.80 lakhs. The Medical Superintendent has the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason(s) thereof. The agency should submit the Name, Qualification and Experience of the staff proposed to deploy. Note:- The work shall be awarded only to the contractor based on the total price quoted and suitability of the agency. CONTRACT CONDITIONS 1. Scope of work: - The scope of work included in schedules consists of repair & maintenance of civil works, water supply, Horticulture, sewage line and measurable civil works for the smooth functioning of Hospital, Staff Quarters and its premises. 2. Materials: - The consumable materials required for the repair work shall be supplied free of cost by the Hospital only for Srl No.1,2and 4-sub (18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,28,29). 3. Repair works are of urgent nature and same should be executed immediately on demand, if fails to execute with in the reasonable time, penalty of Rs. 500/- will be deducted for each work from the contractor. 4. All tools and instruments including ladders and safety items required for satisfactory execution of the works (cleaning, repair and maintenance) shall be provided by the contractor. Any accident happening due to the non-availability of the safety items will be the responsibility of the contractor. 5. All the demolished materials/ debris to be removed to a distance not exceeding 200mtrs. 6. All the dismantled items are to be returned to store. 7. Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the existing grass turfing, plants and all operations till the period of contract completion. Shaping, pruning of plants and turfing to be carried through specialist agency as and when required with out any extra cost till the completion of contract period. 8. Skilled labour must be One year experience in hospital is to be deployed. 9. Contractor shall deploy skilled workers based on the nature of work. Work can be seen and understand during office hours from Engineering wing of the Hospital.
