Nature is good for us! The strength and power
that inherits nature I feel, for instance, gazing at
the sequoias here on the Isle of Mainau. Homeopathy also
uses nature‘s resources and is regarded as a gentle method
perhaps especially because it aligns with us in consideration
of the holistic and entire person. I‘m curious and excited
which possibilities it will still offer us in the future. May this
symposium provide us with inspiration and stimulation, may
it encourage and strengthen us!

International symposium “Homeopathy 2013:
From experience to knowledge?”
Welcome to Berlin!
This first international symposium is held on the occasion
of an anniversary: For 15 years now, Homöopathen ohne
Grenzen e.V. (HOG) have been working with the means
of classical homeopathy in development collaboration and
humanitarian aid. What started with a first humanitarian
project in Bosnia-Herzegovina is now being accomplished
in numerous countries around the world.
The international symposium is taking place at a time
when homeopathy is widely acknowlegded and yet highly
controversial. The gap between successful experience in
practice and uncleared issues in research could hardly
be any greater. In Berlin, you may expect lectures held by
internationally renowned experts, and you will gain insight
into current research about homeopathy. The debate with
top-class participants covering the topic “Controversial
homeopathy: Does the call for scientific evidence justify
refusing homeopathic humanitarian aid?” will certainly
be a highlight.
The symposium offers you the chance of an interesting
exchange with international experts and attendees. I am
glad to announce an exceptional event and I am looking
forward to welcome you in Berlin this summer.
