s<strong>to</strong>ckpiling of MCM specifically for<br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>Nati<strong>on</strong>al</str<strong>on</strong>g> S<strong>to</strong>ckpile (SNS) <strong>and</strong> all o<strong>the</strong>r<br />

federally funded caches, including those<br />

• Amend <strong>the</strong> Emergency Use Authorizati<strong>on</strong><br />

<strong>to</strong> allow <strong>the</strong> FDA, at <strong>the</strong> directi<strong>on</strong> of <strong>the</strong><br />

indicati<strong>on</strong>s of MCM for emergency use<br />

before an emergency is known or imminent. X<br />

• Form a st<strong>and</strong>ing advisory body of Federal<br />

partners <strong>and</strong> external experts <strong>to</strong> advise <strong>the</strong><br />

HHS Secretary <strong>and</strong> provide expert<br />
