A5.13.0 Communication Equipment<br />
Personnel carrying out maintenance or thorough examinations should be provided<br />
with an adequate means <strong>of</strong> communication, <strong>of</strong>ten h<strong>and</strong> held portable radios, to<br />
ensure that all members <strong>of</strong> the thorough examination team can communicate<br />
effectively with each other, the mobile crane operator <strong>and</strong> personnel on the ground.<br />
