International Career<br />

Was invited to the Slovakian Olympic camp in August. 2007: Played for Slovakia<br />

at the World Championship … Recorded one goal and one assist in seven games.<br />

2006: Represented Slovakia in the Olympic Winter Games … Notched one assist<br />

and eight PIM in six games in Turin … Skated for Slovakia at the World Championship<br />

… Registered three points (2g-1a) and eight PIM in seven games. 2003: Took the ice<br />

for Slovakia at the 2003 World Junior Championship. 2002: Tallied one goal and one<br />

assist and 14 PIM in seven games at the 2002 World Junior Championship.<br />

Selected by Boston in the eighth round, 241st overall, in 2001 Entry Draft … Traded<br />

to <strong>Washington</strong> by Boston for a fourth-round choice in the 2008 Entry Draft (later<br />

traded to Calgary-T.J. Brodie), Feb. 1, 2007.<br />
