l. Authorize lease-purchase agreement with Holt Texas, Ltd. for a Caterpillar Wheel Loader through the Texas
Association of School Boards TASB (Buy Board) to include, amendment no. I, extended warranty and letter
agreement; adopt a resolution approving documents related to the lease-purchase of Caterpillar Wheel Loader;
and authorize the County Judge to execute documents and all other action necessary to carry out such transaction.
