Door seal<br />
Do not use any grease or oil on the<br />
door seal as they will <strong>ca</strong>use the seal<br />
to deteriorate over time.<br />
The door seal should be cleaned<br />
regularly with clear water <strong>and</strong> then<br />
wiped dry with a soft cloth.<br />
Cleaning the exterior coils<br />
The metal coils on the back of the<br />
appliance (heat exchanger) need to be<br />
dusted <strong>and</strong> cleaned at least once a<br />
year. A build-up of dust <strong>and</strong> grime will<br />
increase the amount of energy the<br />
appliance consumes!<br />
When cleaning the coils, be <strong>ca</strong>reful<br />
not to tear off, kink or otherwise<br />
damage any wiring or other parts.<br />
After cleaning<br />
Cleaning <strong>and</strong> <strong>ca</strong>re<br />
Replace all the parts of the<br />
refrigerator section.<br />
Return food to the refrigerator<br />
section, close the doors, plug in the<br />
power cord <strong>and</strong> switch on the<br />
appliance.<br />
Switch on the Super Freeze function<br />
to cool down the <strong>freezer</strong> section<br />
quickly.<br />
Once the temperature in the <strong>freezer</strong><br />
section is cold enough, you <strong>ca</strong>n<br />
place the food in the <strong>freezer</strong> drawers<br />
<strong>and</strong> return the drawers to the <strong>freezer</strong>.<br />
Switch off the Super Freeze function<br />
as soon as the <strong>freezer</strong> section has<br />
reached a constant temperature of at<br />
least 0°F (-18°C).<br />
