Increase the room temperature.<br />
The compressor will run less often if the<br />
room temperature is too low. Therefore<br />
it may become too warm in the <strong>freezer</strong><br />

Use a blunt instrument (such as a<br />
spoon h<strong>and</strong>le) to <strong>ca</strong>refully pry the items<br />
off.<br />

off button is flashing?<br />
A temperature section is too warm<br />
be<strong>ca</strong>use, for instance,<br />
the appliance door has been opened<br />
frequently, or a large amount of fresh<br />

display?<br />
This indi<strong>ca</strong>tes a problem. Call<br />
Customer Service.<br />
. . . the active charcoal filter change<br />
display lights up red?<br />
Change the active charcoal filters.<br />
If necessary, order replacement filters<br />
from your <strong>Miele</strong> dealer.<br />
..."nA" appears in the temperature<br />
display?<br />
The temperature has risen too high at<br />
some point during the past few hours or<br />
days be<strong>ca</strong>use of a power outage.<br />
While "nA" is illuminated, press the<br />
audio alarm off button.<br />
The temperature display will show the<br />
warmest temperature recorded in the<br />
<strong>freezer</strong> section during the power<br />
outage.<br />
Depending on the temperature, check<br />
to see whether the food in the <strong>freezer</strong><br />
thawed partially or completely. If that is<br />
the <strong>ca</strong>se, cook the food before<br />
refreezing it.<br />
The warmest recorded temperature will<br />
appear in the display for approx.<br />
1 minute. Then the display will revert to<br />
the actual current temperature in the<br />
<strong>freezer</strong> section.<br />
