About The Author<br />
Roy Bertrand has been practising the<br />
martial art of <strong>Tae</strong>kwondo for 30 years and<br />
holds a 6th Dan Black Belt. He has<br />
successfully coached students to National,<br />
European and World Championship gold.<br />
As a qualified Personal Trainer, he<br />
understands how the body works. As a<br />
Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming<br />
(NLP), Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy TM ,<br />
he understands the mind and its<br />
relationship to the body. Having practised<br />
yoga for more than 20 years, his stretching<br />
