Footwork And Movement<br />
<strong>Tae</strong> kwon do sparring when done correctly involves fighters moving round and round in a<br />
circular motion rather than backwards and forwards like karate. By stepping to the side<br />
enables a fighter to stay within range of an opponent making it easier to counterattack.<br />
