We are on to the third application in this series of Escrima techniques that can be found<br />
in the movements of Won Hyo or Pyong Ahn Ee Dan in this case. I’m not making a<br />
statement that these techniques were the intended applications or that they are better<br />
than original or official ones that are offered by TKD groups. Just that they seem to fit into<br />
the muscle memory we have developed from performing them over a period of time.<br />
