The investigation of the health law passages
in Leviticus 14 provided familiarity with the laws of
health thus becoming one’s own advocate of Hebrew
Health. Learning the original step by step instructions
of the prophet Moses in its proper context turned a
practically useless ancient religious text into a brilliant
hidden medical treatise. The perceived literature twins
of Graeco-Roman mythology are effectively purged
when proper translation is utilized. Likewise, the characteristics
of a very dysfunctional family history and
harsh wars of conquest largely disappear when proper
interpretation is applied. Modern readers have been
denied a wonderful history book of practical information!
Since the time of Adam’s gardening exercise
with thorns and thistles1 , bringing home the garden
herbs2 and field produce has been a work not appreciated.
The original instructions of diet in the first book
of the writings of the prophet Moses have been the
foundation of Naturopathic medicine for millennia.
The herb of the field with its thorns and thistles are
nutritional foods designed for preventing disease and
as well, healing the body organs of all conditions. In
modern society, the use of herb condiment has been
a dried bottle of one or two kinds of spice that might
be very old. These are no longer medicinal herbs and
within that family the countdown of a mild or eventually
serious disease outbreak would be a direct consequence
of ignoring the ancient counsel. For those
desiring to get well, herbs of the field with the thistles
and thorns including cactus, have been key foods that
1 Genesis / Beresheet 3:18
2 Genesis / Beresheet
have aided the reversal of chronic disease. These ‘smoothies’
of green thorny thistle field herbs added to coconut milk have
been cornerstone dietary supplements that aided the body to
repair in serious illnesses. The food supplement program that
includes these items as part of a complete Hebrew Medicine
Model will dramatically improve their health.
The purification laws of Leviticus 14 have been widely
misunderstood through mistranslations over the centuries.
The investigation of the cure program for the incurable has
revealed a few insights that would be very useful for those desiring
to be well on a strict budget. The Hebrew word used for
‘poor’ in Leviticus 14:21 is דל ‘dal’ having a meaning that indicates
a thin person. The translators tell us that this poor thin
person is to bring what the translators tell us, a lamb; however,
this is a borrowed foreign word altering the original intent of
the message. In the original Hebrew, it indicates ‘Pressed vegetables3
.’ This is another term for vegetable juices. The sick
individual is instructed to take the first of his guilty (of sickness)
offering to be ‘waved’ indicating her pouring actions to sieve
or to strain it4 . This is a standard in the naturopathic nutritional
program, to offer strained vegetable juice to the very ill. This
beverage would in the text procure for-give-ness supplementation
to correct deficiencies concerning one’s previous ignorance
of the Creator’s health laws. Then there is a mention of a
handful of grain that one would bring, and instead of what has
been perceived of two turtledoves, it was to be a drink fully
satisfying5 being from grains fully dissolved or soaked6 with
the grain cream7 fully intact. The creamy grain milk derived
from soaked grains that were sprouted is indicated in this text.
That all persons would have the supplementation of a specific
