was that their natural energy
core had diminished and had
rendered it essentially dead
or no longer living non-vital
decomposing vegetation.
Choose the Hebrew protocol
of vital light energy life giving
food.
These ancient laws were for
those ancient people, we are
now modern. What about
the progressive modern
refrigeration?
The aspect of refrigeration
to prolong shelf life was NOT
beneficial once the food had
been cut into and prepared
for a dish. The measurable
life giving benefits were
completely diminished after
48 hours even with refrigeration.
The benefits of the
refrigerator are in keeping
cool things that are not yet
‘cut into’ is just like the ancient
‘cold root cellar’ where
whole produce was stored.
Fresh produce is always best
and keeping it cool until consumption
is utilizing ancient
wisdom. Many people look
for the mold spores on the
food to determine its spoiling
point yet in this research
the Hebrew Holistic Health
principle that the Creator has
ordained is that ‘fresh is best.’
The high risk of mold spores
quickly spreading through
a moist cool refrigerator to
damage other foods is reduced
when fresh living food
rotation principles are practiced.
What about dried foods?
Properly dried herbs, fruits,
vegetables are similar to dried
grains that allow for long
term storage. The mold factor
of improperly dried foods
is eliminated when using the
ancient storage practice of cedar
wood enhanced storage
units (baskets, kegs, etc).
What about sauerkraut or
other cultured foods?
In modern testing, the foods
that are cultured could be kept
much longer. In our testing, as
long as the food was within the
liquids of wholesome covenant
salt 12 and when the culture
smelled active, it was a viable
food. The condiments that are
preserved with a culture are
with a longer shelf life.
What about frozen or canned
foods?
The testing of canned foods
or juices demonstrated that
they were only beneficial for
consumption for the first 24
hours only. The shelf life of frozen
foods seemed to be that
as soon as thawed, one must
prepare it and then consume it
promptly within 4 hours. The
life giving benefits of enzymes
12 Numbers / Bamidbar 18:19, Leviticus /
Vayikra 1:13
were gone from canned foods
and as well frozen foods. When
using canned food, only glass
jars are the best. It is suggested
that people use more
dried foods reconstituted and
cooked properly for consumption.
Project Moses Organic Produce
For those seeking healing
the organic diet is mandatory
however, some organic
produce is still malnourished
and not helpful to
the human body. The
brix is higher but not high
enough for super mineral
sweetness. The researchers
at the University of
Minnesota determined
that soil amended with
manure containing common
veterinary antibiotic
sulfamethazine had significant
drug residues. 13
The use of manure from
confined animal farm operations
demonstrated in
the University testing of
lettuce, corn and potatoes
that consumers would be
at risk for this drug residue
in their food. With the rise of
antibiotic resistant strains of
bacteria, the farm feed lot manure
looks suspect. 14 Animal
manure is disallowed in a Hebrew
Gan-Eden garden. What
our program desires to fulfill is
the needed research regarding
Project Moses Organic Kosher
stipulations as to how organic
produce is actually raised.
There are simple agriculture
laws within the Holy Scriptures
and we intend to carry out
these instructions.
