On February 14, 2012, in Colorado Springs, Colorado,
the Postal Service will issue a Love Ribbons special
stamp (Forever ® priced at 45 cents), in one design in a
pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) pane of 20 stamps (Item
The Love Ribbons stamp features a graphic design of
Pieces of ribbon that appear to extend beyond the borders
of the stamp broaden the reach of the design and its sentiment.
This issuance is a continuation of the popular Love
Louise Fili designed the stamp under the direction of Derry
Noyes.
