19 Resources Load2Learn.org.uk Load2Learn.org.uk provided by Dyslexia Action and RNIB, is a free online resource with over 1900 curriculum titles and 1000 images that aims to support learners who cannot use standard print. It allows access to: • textbooks and other resources in Microsoft Word, PDF, EPUB, audio and CorelDraw • customisable materials for print or Braille versions • how to training guides and videos. http://load2learn.org.uk Inclusion for children and young people with Down's syndrome across mainstream education settings The Down's Syndrome Association and partners, have developed a new resource for all education professionals, as a result of Big Lottery Funding. The Celebrating Success series is based on the DSA Education Support Packs but uses case studies written with teachers, assistants and parents. January saw the launch of the Money Skills materials which include: • An Information Pack for people with learning disabilities • Banking made clear - Quick Guide • Banking made clear - Resource Pack Although aimed at adults, these downloadable packs have value for the teaching of students with SEN and learning disabilities in both 6th Form and in colleges. http://www.bild.org.uk/about-bild/ourwork/money-skills
