A user attempted to create or modify an ACL that is attached to a port on the router.<br />

Recommended Action:<br />

The CLI does not permit users to add or remove ACL command lines in configuration mode when<br />

the ACL is applied to an interface. An ACL line can be added, moved, or removed using the acledit<br />

command, or by commenting out or negating the acl apply interface line before adding or<br />

removing an ACL line from the configuration.<br />
