1. Rates are in Euro. 20% VAT applicable on these rates.
2. Rates are not discountable and are inclusive of LDW with a non-waiverable excess of EUR 450,-
4000 kilometer per month, minimum rental period is 30 days.
The non-waiverable excess of LDW can be reduced if Top Cover LDW is accepted
The daily price from the 31st day on is 1/30 of the monthly rate inclusive of 1/30 of the monthly mileage.
3. An airport or railway surcharge of 15% may apply, this is subject to change without prior notice.
4. The rates are only valid for rentals within Austria. These rates have no validity for rentals at branches of Sixt licensees.
5. The rates are valid only on presentation of a valid Sixt means of identification.
6. The general terms and conditions for the vehicle insurance of Austrian insurance assessment in part and comprehensive
insurance are valid for the regulation of damages.
7. A national / international one-way charge and charges for delivery and collection may apply according to current price list.
8. A Road Tax of EUR 3.75 (excl. VAT) per day, max. EUR 52.50 (excl. VAT) per rental occurs. This is subject to change without
prior notice.
9. A Contract Fee of 1% of the total amount will be charged if the total gross amount of the car rental bill surpasses EUR 145.-
(incl. VAT).
10. A charge for winter tyres of EUR 3.34 (excl. VAT) per day, max. EUR 33.34 (excl. VAT) per rental occurs between 1st October
and 31st March. This is subject to change without prior notice.
11. For travels into some countries a charge of EUR 30.60 (incl. VAT) per rental applies. This is subject to change
without prior notice.
12. This offer is not binding and is effective on the date stated above. All other agreements lose their validity on this date.
