1. Rates are in Euro. 19,6% VAT applicable on these rates.
2. Rates are not discountable and are inclusive of limited mileage, PAI and CDW/TP with a non-waiverable excess of:
EUR 500,-/650,- (ECMR to CDMR, CWMR); EUR 750,-/900,- (IDMR to SDMR, IVMR, IWMR, SWMR);
EUR 1050,-/1200,- (FDMR to LDAR, SVMR to FVMR); EUR 1250,-/1400,- (XDAR). Minimum rental period is 28 days.
The daily price from the 29th day on is 1/28 of the monthly rate including 1/28 of the monthly mileage.
3. An airport or railway surcharge of EUR 17,98 (excl. VAT) may apply, this is subject to change without prior notice.
4. The rates are only valid for rentals within France.
5. The rates are valid only on presentation of a valid Sixt means of identification.
6. The general terms and conditions for the vehicle insurance of French insurance assessment in part and comprehensive
insurance are valid for the regulation of damages.
7. Charges for international One Ways and for delivery and collection may apply according to current price list.
8. National One Ways (except to Corsica) will be charged EUR 15,- (excl. VAT).
9. A road tax of 1,91 Euro (excl. VAT) per day, max. 4 days per rental, will be charged, this is subject to change without prior notice.
10. Every additional driver will be charged EUR 15,30 (excl. VAT).
11. Drivers under 25 years will be charged a Young Drivers Surcharge of EUR 16,72 (excl. VAT) per day, max. 10 days per rental.
12. This offer is not binding and is effective on the date stated above. All other agreements lose their validity on this date.
