al s associ ated with the school i s pr ohi bited, wh ether or n ot the har as s ment o c-<br />

c urs on school gr ounds.<br />

o r t o fail t o i n vestigat e or ref er for i n vest i ga tion, a n y c o mplai nt lodged u nder<br />

c o mpl aint t o the building p rincipal. E mployees wh o f ail t o r eport comp lai nts<br />

o r incident s o f sexu al ha rassme nt to appr opr iate school o fficials ma y f ace di s-<br />

ci plinar y a ction. S chool a d mi nistrators who fail to inves tigate a nd take appr o-<br />

p riat e corrective act ion i n res pons e to c omp l ai nts o f sexual ha ras s ment ma y a l-<br />

s o face discipl ina r y a ction.<br />

In i tiation of a c o mp lai nt of sexual har assme n t wi ll not a d ve rsel y affect<br />

t he j ob security o r status of an e mpl o yee, n or will it af fect his or her comp e n-<br />

s ation. Any a ct of ret aliation a gainst a ny p er son who has f iled a c o mpl aint or<br />

testified, assist ed, or p articipate d i n an inve stigation of a s exual h arassme nt<br />

c o mpl aint is prohi bited. T he Direct or o f Huma n Re sources has be en des i gnated<br />

t o handle inquiries regar di n g thi s policy a nd/or recei ve sexual ha ras s ment co m-<br />

p lai nts. Any such inci dent s shoul d be reported t o t he Direct or of Human R e-<br />
